Job description (the position is not limited to the following) 

Rentable apartment and house hunting,

Interacting with both Chinese landlords and foreign clients,

Developing relationships with local agencies and owners,

Providing foreign clients with top notch service,

Interesting ‘on-the-go’ position, 

Job Requirements

-22 years old or above

-Fluent in English and Mandarin

-Good communication and negotiation skills

-Good understanding of western culture, housing needs

-Self motivated, energetic and ability to work under pressure

-Sales and marketing experience a plus 

Basic salary +good commission.
